Concentrix opened a thousand job vacancies in Costa Rica

Carlos Alvarado, president of Costa Rica, assured that this initiative will promote the growth of the region and will generate investment opportunities and jobs immediately.
Concentrix is a leading company in customer experience and commercial performance, which last Wednesday published the call for 1,000 vacancies in Costa Rica, these jobs are related to technical and sales support for companies specialized in ICTs and property management.
The Costa Rican president affirmed that this program will allow greater growth for the nation and will generate investment opportunities and jobs immediately, which will provide confidence in the sector in Costa Rica.
Alvarado celebrated the commitment to continue fostering the necessary conditions to attract investment and to have allies such as Concentrix to boost the skills of the candidates, giving them greater opportunities to be hired in quality jobs. The president assured that Costa Rican human talent will continue to be used in order to achieve an economy with growth potential.
Concentrix leader, Juan Pablo Guzmán, said that the company will continue to look for applicants in other cities in Costa Rica during 2021, as they have found prospects capable of strengthening the local operation there.
Concentrix established the ILab program to foster greater confidence in candidates and improving working conditions. This program comprises encouraging them to gain greater security when speaking English and to be hired by bilingual accounts.
Applicants who reach the B1 level of English will be provided with a three-week course of 4 hours per day free of charge to enable them to achieve the B2 level, which is a requirement requested by Concentrix. This program has allowed 70% of the applicants to graduate from the B2 level.
The Minister of Foreign Trade celebrated that Concentrix has decided to bet on Costa Rica and its human capital, he expressed his pride that this company trusts in the country and generates welfare, he assured that this reflects Costa Rica's capacity to provide world-class talent.
